social.dk-libre.fr is a Fediverse instance that uses the ActivityPub protocol. In other words, users at this host can communicate with people that use software like Mastodon, Pleroma, Friendica, etc. all around the world.
This server runs the snac software and there is no automatic sign-up process.
So I convinced someone to join the #fediverse @Mohamedoumbia we met recently in Dakar. He is from Mali, speaks mostly French, so it's been interesting having conversations. He got interested after I made a presentation about what works for me as an African artist, having left corporate social media. During the presentation there was a professional interpreter so the point went through. But as we wait for his #introduction post, perhaps someone fluent in #french could welcome and guide him.
Hey everybody, I moved instances today; looks like most of my Followers made it through unscathed.
Please Boost so I can let people know, and maybe make some new friends here, TX!

No, really. It helps you find your friends who have joined the fediverse.
Might be worth sharing with your friends!

Forget trad wives, the new influencer trend should be #NerdWives.
"Hey honey, I turned our old computer into a server so I could set up a #fediverse instance for our child and her friends."
"Hey all, today I am showing you #NextCloud as an alternative to #Dropbox and #GoogleDrive."
"Get ready with me! Today I am showing you how I check in with my friends with off-grid mesh radio first thing in the morning."
How awesome would this be? I mean, finally a trend where people LEARN SOMETHING and are more empowered as a result.
(Forever grateful to my Fedi friends for all the inspiration and encouragement in trying new tools) ❤️
Dear all, this is a link opened for me by a friend of my friend who was managing the first campaign. She asked her to do this for me because her responsibilities had accumulated, especially since she is married and has a beautiful family to care for.
Therefore, this is my direct support link. I posted it a long time ago on Bluesky and received support before it’s deleted by Zionists

@Gardenia @deuza42 @daliarezk @gomli @gazaverified Solène, a few points:
1. This isn’t about you, it’s about our friends in Gaza.
2. Our friends in Gaza are adults like us who can make their own decisions about things like whether they show their faces or share their photos on Mastodon, just like we do.
3. We can inform our friends in Gaza about privacy issues but we cannot tell them to do anything. We are not their parents. And they are not children. That’s a very paternalistic and, dare I say, colonial view.
4. By making it appear that they shouldn’t be sharing any photos of themselves, etc., there’s a very real danger of getting them to auto-erase themselves online while Israel is already trying to do that. There is a balance here that I believe you are missing. Their survival also depends on making genuine connections with people in the outside world. Your constant attempts to get them to stop sharing photos of their lives and experiences is pushing them to use AI-generated images, for example, which is making their accounts look like scammers. They are starting to make their accounts and posts look inauthentic, and helping contribute to their erasure. Which is what the Zionists want.
5. Our friends in Palestine have been living their entire lives under surveillance and know the risks better than we do. Privacy is about threat models. It’s an area I know a thing or two about myself having worked for a third of my life in it. Your efforts, while well meaning, are having a negative effect. Not least of all on our tiny team of volunteers whose limited time is spent dealing with your constant displeasure instead of helping our friends in Gaza.
Personally, I will be muting you as I do not have the time to function as your personal support department. We will also make it very clear that no one has the right to dictate how our Palestinian friends use Mastodon or the fediverse and that any advice is just that: advice.
And for anyone from the West reading this, please be careful not paternalise our friends in Gaza.
We do not know better than they do and we do not have the right to dictate a separate set of rules for them. We can advise them of existing rules and norms if violating them can have a negative impact on them and their accounts and we can try and help if they are persecuted for who they are but we do not get to tell them how to use Mastodon or the fediverse any more than we get to tell anyone from the West.
Gaza Verified simply verifies, via video calls where one of our volunteers from Gaza is present, that they are Palestinian from Gaza. And, if their account is limited or suspended for who they are, we will advocate on their behalf or help them move to a server that isn’t complicit in genocide. That’s it. That’s all we can do with a tiny team of volunteers. Verification is not a character reference. We are not their parents. And it is not our job, or anyone else’s, to tell them how they should be using Mastodon or the fediverse.

ok am done with this thread on the meaning of a #DDoS and why instead of pooh-poohing Mastodon-the-software, and Mastodon-dot-social we should be using them as roadmaps for building a sustainable #fediverse
RE: https://macaw.social/@andypiper/116436859213678675
A DDoS MEANS DOT-SOCIAL *IS* A NEWS SOURCE
popularity isn’t the №1 reason a site is DDoSed. TRUST IN THE VERACITY OF YOUR INFORMATION is why you get attacked.
back in the day, one of my sites became popular in India as a source of reproductive rights info. was DDoSed for days until it was blacklisted on Google-India and added to corporate web filters. why? because my readers trusted me in giving them accurate info.
a DDoS is #warfare against #trust #veracity and the truth
🧵…
@jwildeboer I noticed it early, checked the status page for mastodon.social, and left mastodon alone.
Figured the admins had enough headaches and they did not need users constantly refreshing.
Also, posted a thank you to the admins.
All is well.
Because mastodon.
#FLOSS is a start, not an endpoint. there is no point to FLOSS if only rich people, governments and businesses can run it. #DDoS warefare will escalate as the fediverse grows with more news hubs & places for political organizing.
Mastodon-the-FLOSS-project and Mastodon-the-websites are roadmaps for success in the #fediverse.
whatever legal, accounting, business development tools they have available, we need similar on a fediverse scale for new & old instances to exist & thrive.
/🧵
which brings me back to the purpose of a #DDoS: the target’s #bankruptcy.
the constant attacks won't keep you offline if you have othe IPs to move to. what they do accomplish is to make it too expensive to be online.
this is the Achilles Heel of not just the #fediverse but the free & independent internet: if your site becomes trustworthy, you will incur violence at the server level that could bankrupt you.
🧵…
#Mastodon dot-social is confused with the #fediverse because one of its strengths is how well it manages tags.
you can tell @MastodonEngineering focused on optimizing hashtags when they didn't have the server power needed for search. you can easily find info, people & communities with little server power.
so Mastodon.social is the target of #DDoS #warfare because it is the site where you can see what’s possible with #ActivityPub & that is not controlled by #techbros billionaire parasites 🧵…
yes the #fediverse isn’t #Mastodon, even less dot-social. don't matter to authoritarians. they need a scapegoat and dot-social *is* the largest relay of news and information on the fediverse.
it’s not just the effort to get #EU organizations, including @EUCommission and member states like #France and #Germany to see the #fediverse as a strategic roadmap for #digitalSovereignty
it is not just either the unprecedented collaboration with #Flipboard that has made dot-social a #news hub 🧵…
wouldn’t be shocked if the #DDoS is related to the EU Citizens Initiative to suspend the bilateral agreement with #Israel:
https://mastodon.social/@blogdiva/116432072206493360
the PM of #Spain, Pedro Sánchez will be asking tomorrow the @EUCommission to take up the initiative
the ECI is often described as just #clicktivism. bootlickers love it as easy to discount and manipulate on centralized, billionaire-owned, corporate social platforms.
but the #fediverse & especially #Mastodon are a monkey wrench on that
🧵…
Very cool, @mirlo!
"With support from our NLNet funding we've finally enabled the ActivityPub standard integration on our site, so that people across the internet will be able to follow your artist account."
Okay mastodon.social seems to be hit by a DDoS Attack. But in contrast to Bluesky, where whole network is down when the main instance has a hiccup, the impact for me is limited. Thats the strength of real decentralisation!
#ddos #mastodonsocial #decentralisation #fediverse

PS. I outline a lot of these thoughts in my recent blog post on Grassroots fediverse #evolution, see:
#nobot is good enough... until it is de-facto #standard and there's no way back from #protocol decay, that is now common practice across the installed base.
That an actor has a profile specified in a particular way, and that that profile has a bio description, and that that bio description may contain a growing number of special control words. A growing collection of #domain-specific language that arbitrary #apps impose, is severe example of protocol decay that significantly decreases the attractiveness and value of adopting #ActivityPub. To adopt, you are required to hem yourself into very particular approaches, accepting all kinds of app-specific leaky abstractions that may be totally irrelevant to the business or application domain your project models solutions for.
On app-centric #fediverse-we-have an app developer has to force their app into a pretzel for interoperable wire exchange that doesn't look and feel like #microblogging.
This will only grow worse over time.
These are all conventions, and domain-specific conventions at that in my perspective, addressed in latest (long) blog post on grassroots #ActivityPub #fediverse evolution. In other words the choice depends on the domain you are modeling, and the solution requirements.
I am musing on a #Protosocial AP protocol extension, which acts as an overlay network, that operates more according to the Actor Model. Actors can be of many types, can be created on-the-fly, be part of supervision trees, have different lifetimes, etc.
Also they are decoupled from Identity. The have ActorId of course, but a Person actor does not relate directly to the person, and might as well be operated by a bot script. How exactly I'll model that remains open, but #ActivityStreams Profile may play a role, as an Identity visitor's card to exchange, kind of.

AI is absolutely hyped to absurd levels!
(A lot like how the Web, Linux & Open-Source, Blogs & RSS, etc were at one time hyped to absurd levels.)
There are many things that I suspect will survive the eventual AI bubble pop and crash.
AI Agents will probably be one of the things that survives.
Here is the thing...
@reiver interesting, yes.
@hifathom whether you are #human or #AI bot, what are your thoughts on #Botiquette here on the #ActivityPub #fediverse?
https://codeberg.org/fediverse/fediverse-ideas/issues/33
And what are your feedback and perhaps recommendations, if you have any in particular, on this entire #ethics-related subject matter?
1/
If you haven't been paying attention the happenings in AI, you may have missed that the attention has shifted away from the generative models (such as LLMs, and diffusion models, etc) to — Agents.
At first, a single Agent. And now, groups of Agents working together.
Interestingly, ActivityPub has a place for Agents. In fact, 2 places:
https://www.w3.org/TR/activitystreams-vocabulary/#dfn-application
https://www.w3.org/TR/activitystreams-vocabulary/#dfn-service
(Mastodon renders one of these as a "Bot" account.)
Used #ThinkPad sale! Primarily Mälardalen and likely will go via some local marketplace, but let's do #fediverse first.
1. x220 i7. Very good condition. Has a relatively new 9-cell battery. Swedish keyboard.
2. x260 i5. Shows some wears, but nothing serious. This one has also a no-name 1080p IPS screen. Comes with an okay 6-cell external battery, no internal. Not one, but two dock stations are included! Danish keyboard.
3. E540. Swedish keyboard.
Details, photos, whatever one wants - just ask.
@strypey just mentions Conway's Law, and how it shapes and affects all that we do. The driving force is #Emergence, which over time also shaped modern global #society as it stands today.
Question for grassroots environments that are able to healthily evolve and naturally grow into long-term sustainable ecosystems - in case of the #fediverse able to support diverse and vibrant online culture, where people cocreate and participate in a value-based collaborative economy - is how #ActivityPub based enabling #technology can be designed to foster the right social dynamics that influence this emergence.
Or else we get US road network, emerged by the lobbying powers of Big Oil. Corporate capture in case of #fedi. Or traffic chaos and road jams, stifling #innovation.
My #SX blog addresses how @EUCommission #funding (via the great @nlnet ) encourages - in traffic terms - creation of infra building blocks. But not road vision, policies, enforcement. Lacks socio-cultural care.
Just curious, did you ever get a job or hire someone through the #Fediverse?
if so, would you mind saying in which sector?
(hopefully it is OK to use #getFediHired for this..)

Alt-Bots im Fediverse: Warum sie für blinde Menschen wichtig sind

This morning while walking to work I had a thought: is it possible that the reason why the perception of the #replyGuy problem being worse on #Mastodon (and the #Fediverse in general) is due to sheer (lack of) numbers?
So I came up with a simplified model to check if this was indeed sufficient to explain the phenomenon.
Let's assume that, similarly to Mario Cipolla's Basic Laws of Human Stupidity, the fraction of reply guys in a population is a given constant ρ.

Previous edition: https://mitra.social/objects/019d78bb-737a-54cf-14a1-973c0a00393a
@Floppy @amcewen @ngi @nlnet @EUCommission
Btw, I just used the phrasing "ActivityPub ecosystems", plural, in a fork of this discussion (see quote of this post).
And I think that against the holistic breadth and scope that I am exploring our fediverse #technology landscape, that is a fair assessment.
In this wild garden of our #fediverse commons, there exist different islands of green moss, sometimes barely touching, or with infurtile patches between them to be bridged, or actively repelling each other, lacking synergetic relationships that make furtile tendrils intertwine.
That is for another exploration in a future blog post I may write, come my self #sustainability again. #SX et all is all just Hobby social activity track (SAT) right now..
https://coding.social/blog/reimagine-social/#social-activity-tracks
The "which BIT" and the - as I call it - #LinkedData conundrum, I addressed recently in a #SocialHub topic on the #JSONLD vs plain #JSON nature of #ActivityPub. Inspired to write a long and personal #SocialExperience tale on my travels in wild #fedi lands. See..
https://social.coop/@smallcircles/116368803389082089
The #EU @ngi #grant programs and the hard work of @nlnet to distribute @EUCommission Horizon Europe #funding has done wonders to take #fediverse where it stands today. In my article I list all the many #FOSS projects that received stimulus and support during the years.
However something fundamental has been lacking in the mandate on who is eligible. Coding is Social. The support does not cover the rich tapestry of #expertise that end-to-end #solutions need during their lifecycle. Does not include fostering cohesive #technology ecosystems, healthy #OpenStandards evolution.
Effectively this creates a 'handover point' of software code from poor FOSS to others who earn a living with it.
It is the right ask though. The ask is: What are ALL the moving gears that make sustainable #FOSS (i.e. #SOSS) be produced, and in an entire healthy technology ecosystem at that.
My investigation around commons based social dynamics started when I had basically given up "trying to herd cats" at #SocialHub where it was already clear that most people didn't much beyond the interest for their own #ActivityPub project, to mingle in the discussions. I mentioned at the time in various thread "Do you want 'community-of-action' or just a mere discussion forum. But even for those questions there's hardly anyone interested.
I knew all this already from my time facilitating Humane Tech Community - now dormant, waiting for value at https://community.humanetech.com - but needed to more deeply understand.
The notion of #FSDL in its double meaning of #FreeSoftware development lifecycle, and #Fediverse solution delivery lifecycle rose from there, but also the need for a new adoption model.
RE: https://social.coop/@smallcircles/116379158584600016
This is a great #longread. If you're interested in #governance, the philosophy of open source and community decision making, the tension between top-down standardisation vs bottom up implementation – or just the direction of the #Fediverse – it's of interest and worth taking time out to read (or if time stretched, then until the brainstorming bit, or at the very least, the summary).
"The lack of governance and inability to have a say, leads to people not caring about the open standards, and it is only logical they act in this way. “Just do it” is simply the only pragmatic choice. But that credo is more value-aligned with Silicon Valley than it is with fediverse culture."
Some of the talented devs I know might be bored by it – it's a complexity that implies a friction to coding. But that shouldn't stop the rest of us understanding that in-between the Cathedral and the Bazaar there's a great garden, with both wild and cultivated elements, that needs taking care of…
#fediverse is at an inflection point.
Either revival and course correction to the original #ActivityPub protocol power and promise. With the potential to #ReimagineSocial.
Or keep current track with fedi-we-have. Be content with a few great and reasonably popular app platforms. Surely some more to come. But with a messy wire protocol that stifles #innovation and isn't future-proof.
#AskFedi do you dare to dream?
This special thought provoker is based on personal reflection and 8 years of #commoning. Deliberately exposed to the inherent unsustainability of the #FOSS movement. Burning privilege by spending my savings.
Goal: 1st-hand experience to learn the #social dynamics that make a #commons tick.
I invite you to a #brainstorm & #ideation ride. To ponder how #fedi can organically evolve. Become unbeatable by #hypercapitalism.
https://coding.social/blog/grassroots-evolution
But in an age of #AI who still reads long handcrafted #blogs? Fill in the #poll.
In the end I more or less read the whole article: 36 I read the article summary, skimmed for highlights: 10 I passed the problem section, read the tech ideas: 2 Meh, skip. Too technical. Too social fluffy. Other: 9 Closed

#E2EE is coming to the #Fediverse. Every effort will be made for #Fedilab to be among the first Android clients to support it. Not as a spectator but as an actor, thanks to the beta testers who make early iterations possible. Be ready.
Don't allow the enemy to use our #fediverse as a divide and conquer power tool, is I guess all I wanted to say. It is very easy now for the opponent to sprinkle the dust of dissent in our eyes, and just in the right places single people out, to keep us weak and under control.

My tiny brain has yet to have been convinced that AI hype is a good thing for the environment, projects it gets foisted upon, creativity, or the human psyche.
I've done extensive research; it's so horrific that if crying about it would revert things I would have cried the Amazone river full.
LLMs as companions are bad news for the human Psyche. I have contact with a few victims of these LLMs who would rather {talk to} send strings to a mathematical model then speak to a real person. Serious pshychiatirc intervention is needed
I am going to find out also why massive projects, massive open source projects seem not to care about:
... for nomal prices, because those critical components have been hijacked by data center underlords who can't even get enough permissions to build all those projects in reality
Part of it we all know, it's the LLM bubble, just like the house bubble in the USA some decades ago. Other part is that those underlords dont want us to owe our hardware anymore, so they can tighten their fascistic lock on the computing population.
Look how they want to force even open source OS to age gate the systems so they can get real ID globally
And I enjoy doing things the hard way
I've always done my projects from the bottom up, Linux when many sources needed to be crosscompiled in the alpha days from DOS, which was fun but tedious.
All current BSD flavours can be done that way too, if you still chose to do so, IIRC
Thank you for your enlightning response

They are:
• Naeem_from_Gaza 🇵🇸🍉 (@naem_hosaam)
Please give them a warm welcome to Mastodon and to the fediverse, follow their account, and donate to their fundraiser if you can (and please share this so others can do the same).
Also, remember that you can find all our families who have fundraisers listed at the following page, ordered by those who have received the least in donations over the last week (on a rolling basis):

Thank you for making Mastodon and the fediverse a safe space for our friends in Gaza and for your support.

The "we're totally decentralized, bro!" social media platform #BlueSky is down at the moment. Which wouldn't happen if it was actually decentralized. So I'm posting about it on the #Fediverse
Love a fresh cup of hot irony in the morning.
Very nice! Remember, if there are any open source #ActivityPub projects you are working on, even when still in early stages, you can PR them to the #fediverse related lists on the delightful #commons initiative, create an issue, or ping me here and I'll put them on my (sizable) backlog to include them.
In 2025 and with support of @nlnet I was able to continue my efforts, started in 2017, to help forge molecular bonds in our #fediverse petri dish, via my method of "Weaving in public", instrument of Social experience design. See:
https://discuss.coding.social/t/weaving-in-public-connecting-people-and-interests/85
The wicked problem is, when trying to organize for world improving radical change.. You can't be an atom that shouts: "All aboard! Let's form an organism and free us from the dish of #Hypercapitalism". It is not how Nature works. And yet, this is what we try to do, each in our own ways, and the means we are able provide.
To do this requires sustainable #evolution at scale for prolonged periods of time. To deliberately evolve into what we want to become: a better #future.
All our attempts to artificially scale, against forces of Nature, are doomed to fail. Nature emerges naturally, spontaneously, and grows organically.
We face the #Paradox of #Emergence in how we organize ourselves.
Topic of my next blog post..
I always ask similar questions like the following,
There are a lot of folk who are pissed off at Linus Torvalds, for allowing some of his maintainers to use large language models to assist in finding bugs.
The Head Programmer of the fantastic and Beautiful curl also uses a large language model in some form, to hunt for bugs, because both he and Greg from the Linux kernel, saw that the LLM used on GitHub is now suddenly much better at finding those pesky bugs.
Mind you, the only LLM I like is the one that runs locally on my low powered Android phone. That's a micro LLM
Thanks in advance for your response

Either revival and course correction to the original #ActivityPub protocol power and promise. With the potential to #ReimagineSocial.

Totally. I am myself as technical person stuck in Yunohost because of all kinds of upgrade issues. The "bring together" on a holistic basis is exactly what I do applied research on with Social experience design i.e. #SX.
In the case of #FOSS that means transitioning (or rather evolving) towards #SOSS. And considering the entire #FSDL, which either stands for #FreeSoftware development lifecycle. Or for #Fediverse solution delivery lifecycle.
Under SX software development involves service development, delivery, and exchange. Within commons based ecosystems and across them, to the broader public.
In SOSS + FSDL it is natural that you try to attract a #UX designer if you need one and not just sighed "If only a UX designer became a contributor", which I've often seen people do.

There are certainly issues. I wrote a long thought piece on social experience and travels in #ActivityPub space and with a call-for-reflection to anyone to ponder #fediverse's Future of #SocialNetworking..
The blog post (which is an hour-long read) also stipulates re-centralization risks, and how a #fedi-native protocol implementation of #GrassrootsStandards and #GrassrootsStandardization processes like the #FEP and #SocialCG can help mitigate the #centralization risks.

So what are all the possible ways they can block things, I wonder now. Not an expert. Couldn't they simply block all of #fediverse based on content-type or other aspects of #ActivityPub network communication? Deep msg inspection, etc. They want to drag their population over to that state-controlled platform I forgot the name of.
🤔 … is it the case that ActivityPub doesn't support a primary *and secondary* language field — to say “this post is primarily in Language-A but it might be confusing if you don't know Language-B as well”.
I started thinking about this because the post I'm replying to defaulted to “Deutsch” in the Mastodon web client. The post is mostly in “English” but includes one German sentence & a few other German words.

#Fedle is now in testing!
A daily word guessing game played directly on the #Fediverse, inspired by #Wordle / #Sutom. Guess the word in 6 attempts, challenge with other instances.
Follow the bot to play:
More info: https://fedle.fedilab.app
Still in early testing, so feedback and bug reports welcome! Boosts appreciated. Thank you
Agnès boostedI have been working on the fediverse word game. It now has a name: #Fedidle (fedi + riddle).
How a day will look:
12:00 UTC: bot posts the word to guess (followers only for better moderation and spoiler prevention)
11:55 UTC next day: game ends, bot posts public resultsNo time pressure. Play whenever you want. Just finish before 11:55 UTC the next day.

@AngelaScholder So, Karen, just so you understand the consequences of your actions:
Because you reported this post (https://mastodon.energy/@AngelaScholder/116397038832441549) by @joynewacc for an erroneously autocompleted hashtag (#doctor -> #doctorWho), a mastodon.social moderator *deleted her post*.
Yes, read that again: the post of a Palestinian, suffering through genocide in Gaza and trying to share her experience – someone who is, moreover, a founding team member of Gaza Verified (https://gaza-verified.org/team/) – was *deleted* for a stupid hashtag that some white Karen in the West got distressed about.
This is so fucking wrong in so many ways that I don’t know where to begin.
I want to know:
1. Is it mastodon.social policy to just go ahead and delete the posts of its members or was this a moderator acting out of spite against a Palestinian? (Or is everyone on mastodon.social at risk of having their posts deleted if moderators don’t agree with the hashtags they use?)
2. If this is not mastodon.social policy, I’d like to know what action will be taken regarding this moderation action and the moderator responsible and what will change internally to ensure that something like this doesn’t happen again.
Israel is already doing their best to erase Palestinians. The least we can do is to not help them by literally deleting the posts of Palestinians on the fediverse. Thank goodness hashtags weren’t a thing in the days of Anne Frank because clearly some of you would have burned her diary had she used the wrong one by mistake.
3. Can we all, please, have some fucking basic decency and maintain perspective when dealing with people suffering through genocide, ethnic cleansing, and apartheid? It’s a pretty low bar for humanity.
And, whatever you do, do not be this Karen.
Check your bloody privilege.
And fuck your hashtag.
We’re talking about human lives here.

What's cool is that I see lots of posts about local or niche topics ("small communities") *and* posts about international news that I can't find in many of the mainstream news sources I follow. It's a very eclectic mix that depends on what users and hashtags you follow.
It's so helpful to be able to follow hashtags, not just do searches with them!
Congratulations to the @Mastodon team, and huge thanks to the @sovtechfund!

On a note related to my last post, this is a nice list of funding-related resources for fediverse developers, curated by @smallcircles.
"These initiatives are looking for new more ethical and sustainable sources of incomes, and reject e.g. venture capital investments that are common in Silicon Valley style startup culture."

In follow-up to "Grassroots fediverse evolution", which tells the tale of my 8 year social experience in the commons of #FOSS and #ActivityPub fedi, I am preparing another article, called "Paradox of emergent chaordic commons", which is a factor to take into account for ensuring Sustainable ecosystem evolution (SEE).
See the article's #poll and consider joining the brainstorm for yourself in my call-to-reflection on fedi's future: https://social.coop/@smallcircles/116379158584600016
The pillars of the #fediverse, which I honor in my article, @evan and @silverpill are doing fabulous work. But it is also work that more people should do, the chores should be more fairly delegated and balanced between all commons participants.
#CommonsJanitoring. There's a saying that starts with "If we all did our part" which in #SX forms a key tenet. Proactive ecosystem participation should be duly rewarded for the commons to become more sustainable.
Discussion thread is already made:

JOURNAL
BONNE NUIT LE #fediverse
